as promised...Eden

here she is! my 2 year old genius of a niece! i especially love the bottom picture. not only do you get to see those amazing eyelashes, but if you look closely you can see her little freckles starting to appear on her cheeks and nose! so so cute! i had so much fun with her and miss her little giggle and sweet little voice. she seriously came up with the funniest things out of that little mouth!

well, i'm off to another weekend getaway! we're heading down to Mesquite for Easter weekend with my parents and all of my extended family (3 of my mom's 5 sisters and their kids and grandkids) to enjoy some warm weather. i'm so excited because i get to see jake and paige (it's been over a year!) and we're going to spend a day in vegas thrill seeking and shopping! i'm also so bummed because jon can't come down with us and i'll miss him terribly. i was just away from him for 5 days, now add 5 more to that!!! :( but ahhhh, that sunshine is calling! this time of year i always have a certain yearning to be back in st. george. not necessarily for the school, but just all of the life springing up and happening there. i'm sure that goes back to our childhood trips down there each spring while my dad was at a judges conference. oh how i love it down there! so many fond memories...chip in if you have any!
